This week has been full of roadblocks! The A/C in our car is out and we've been trying to get it in somewhere to have it fixed. We have 3 extra kids with us this week although they have been nothing but wonderful. It does make it a little hard to stay on top of things. Then last night we couldn't figure out why the house was so hot and so Jacob took the door off the a/c / furnace and the entire A/C unit thing was covered in ICE! Jacob worked on it and I think it's fixed. Tonight I came home from the neighbors Home Interiors party and went to fix dinner but halfway through there was a loud pop and smoke. Somehow the entire thing shorted out and the wires in the back were burnt into three pieces. I have a cake order for Thursday and a wedding cake on Saturday. The sheet cake I'm not too worried about because I can do it at my moms but the wedding cake makes me a bit nervous.

So anyway tonight I made dinner for 8 people with a BBQ grill and a microwave. Wasn't too bad though we still ended up having steaks, potatoes, mac. & Cheese and corn. Just had to get a little creative!
