April 11-2007

Today started out like it was going to be nice but then the clouds came back, wind
came up and it got cooler.  Went to Mtn Grove while Glinda was at work and came
back with this new feeder to put mineral out for the cows.  I couldn'dtmove by myself
so I got the tractor out to help.  Now I ask you does this look safe???

After I got the feeder placed where I wanted it I took another photo to prove I got it there in one
piece.

Does This Look Safe

My thoughts: Looks a whole lot safer than a slipped disc. I'd say that's using your brain instead of your back.

I got the posts set in the garden yesterday so I can hang some fence wire for my bean row and the tomato plants are in the kitchen waiting their turn to go in the ground. We had 'em on the porch but brought 'em in cause of the recent frosts. The frosts burned my grape vines so I guess I'll have no grapes this year.

I'm thinking of getting some laying hens but that's about the only livestock the city allows me to raise.

That was very odd looking. Good idea for sure. Do you think we could get our couch on there like that when we move? Just kidding. Jenni
