POW/MIA Awareness Day
Today I was privileged to participate in two POW/MIA Awareness Day Ceremonies. This video was taken at Skyline School in Douglas County, MO.
VFW Post 3770 Presented Skyline School with the POW/MIA Flag and conducted a Color Ceremony to mark the occasion. The entire student body, staff and visitors were in attendance. Skyline School is a small rural school k-6. After the Color Ceremony a POW/MIA speech was read and then a ceremony connected with the "Missing Man Table". VFW Post 3770 also held a POW/MIA Color Ceremony at Norwood School and presented them with a POW/MIA Flag also. I have only posted one of the four videos here.
