"Pretty Boy" Born at Kelley's Dairy
Courtney and Connor are petting a new calf born this afternoon. They wanted to name it "Pretty" but after I told them it was a boy calf they decided to name it "Pretty Boy". They were with me when we found the calf in the field while getting the cows up to milk.
This is Connor and I feeding "Pretty Boy" his first meal after we got him to the house and in a hutch. Connor is petting him even though you can't see his hand.
The cows are enjoying the green grass and the lovely day we had. The shadows are long because it is after 6:00 p. m.
