Se-Ma-No Electric Coop
Once again I have been nominated to the Board of Directors for the Se-Ma-No Electric Coop. The annual meeting and election will be held on June 14, 2008 at the Seymour High School. Registration will begin at 8:00 a. m. and the meeting will begin promptly at 10:00 a.m. A meal will be served following the meeting and lots of door prizes will be given away. If you care about the price of electricity and the need to keep the Coop strong try to attend this meeting and vote for me. I have served one three year term and really enjoyed it and thought I was an asset to the board and will work hard to represent the customer/owner members of Se-ma-No Electric and try to keep the Coop on sound financial footing while keeping the rates as low as possible. We must plan for the future.
If for some reason you cannot attend please contact me so I can get a proxy to you. Also needed is the voter registration that will be on the cover of the next issue of the Rural Missourian that will be delivered to your home in the last week on May. I need your support to be elected to the board. Try to assist me in this endeavor. Thank you.
