Writing a book???

I have been considering writing a short book about my four years in the US Navy.  I am building ideas in my mind ( I wonder if they will get out or lost).  I am trying to decide on a title first.  I have some ideas on it.  How about your opinion on a title? "Four Years of Freedom" , "Four Years for Uncle Sam" ,  "My Four in the Navy" "Ramblings of Youth from an Old Sailor"  ????  Give me your ideas if you don't like one of these.
Should I write the whole thing first and then post chapter by chapter or post a chapter as I complete it?  I have been working (again in my disorganized mind) on the chapter titles and how I will break in down into chapters.  I have been doing a lot of thinking about the prologue.  Should I even start this project?  Who would be interested in reading?  Should I post it here after completing or just save it to my "puter for my children to find after my passing?  Please share your thoughts on my proposed project.  Maybe I should forget it??
