Boss Monkey on a Ladder
Originally I was going to title this as "Three Monkeys at Work" but I changed my mind and decided that the employees deserved better so I settled for "Boss Monkey on a Ladder". Glen is good-humored and will not take offense where none is intended. On the ladder is Glen of Glen's Propane of Norwood. He normally just manages his propane delivery and accessories business but during the slower parts of the year he tries to keep his employees busy instead of laying them off. He is currently building portable outside storage sheds. If you ask him he would likely sell you one. I had gone to pick up a tank full of propane for the outside grill in preparation for the Memorial Day weekend when I caught them working. I thought it deserved a photo and placed into widespread circulation (newspaper won't print this)
